Developmental

Gymnasts will compete four times a year, showcasing their skills on all four apparatus: the vault, bars, beam, and floor. To prepare for these competitions, practice sessions will be held twice a week, allowing athletes to refine their techniques and build their strength. It's important to note that being part of the gymnastics team may not be suitable for everyone, and that’s perfectly okay. Commitment and discipline are essential qualities for success in this sport, but the experience promise to be immensely rewarding. Your gymnast will have a fantastic time learning new skills, building friendships, and competing throughout this exciting developmental season.

Xcel Team

Xcel Bronze, Silver & Gold

The Xcel Program was thoughtfully developed to provide a unique opportunity for recreational gymnasts to compete, all while still having ample time to engage in other sports or activities they enjoy. Unlike traditional programs, our Xcel athletes train fewer hours compared to those in the JO program. However, they still enjoy the incredible opportunity to participate in USAG-sanctioned competitions, which allows them to experience the thrill of competition without the intense time commitment. This flexibility makes the Xcel Program an ideal choice for gymnasts seeking a balanced approach to sports and personal interests, enabling them to thrive both on and off the mat!

Optional Team

Levels 6 - 10

The Optional Team Program prides itself on maintaining high standards, which not only build on fundamental skills but also strive for excellence in every aspect of training. Our primary goal is to ensure that TGTC gymnasts not only achieve success in the gym but also apply the self-discipline and focus they develop here to all areas of their lives outside the sport. We are dedicated to creating a positive and nurturing environment where athletic training, physical therapy, mentorship, and team activities come together seamlessly. Through this holistic approach to development, we encourage and cultivate confident, resilient, and service-driven youth athletes who are well-prepared to face challenges both in gymnastics and beyond.
